One system. Two ways in.
The vault turns the four-asset basket into shares. The bonding curve uses those shares to price UPTOBER. Buying the meme and holding the basket are separate positions.
Buy the meme
- USDC
- Enso + issuer
- Vault shares
- Curve
- UPTOBER
The zap takes the creator fee in shares, then sends the net shares to the curve. UPTOBER goes to your wallet; shares are only an intermediate asset, except for an unused-share refund.
Hold the golden basket
- USDC
- Four basket assets
- Vault
- Your shares
Deposit USDC for vault shares. Withdraw those shares back to USDC. Neither action buys UPTOBER.
After graduation
- Ready curve
- Executor + guard
- Uniswap v4
- Launch lock
The executor moves the remaining curve inventory into the new pool structure. Pool trading replaces curve trading; the basket continues separately.
Under the hood: issuance and settlement
Enso routes Base USDC into the four components. The share issuer uses the project’s own Index-style issuance module to create the vault’s underlying basket asset, then deposits it into the ERC-4626 vault. The app exposes vault shares to users.
The curve accepts vault shares directly, not USDC. The zap combines USDC routing, issuance, deposit, fee payment, and the curve buy. Its staged route and buy must execute together in one atomic wallet batch. The current USDC buy requires a wallet that supports that batch; connecting any wallet does not guarantee compatibility.
Every issuance needs all four components. A missing or thin route can prevent a quote or make the transaction revert; it does not silently remove an asset from the basket. Minimum outputs and quote deadlines protect execution, but do not guarantee a future price.
The golden basket.
Four crypto assets, held through one vault-share position. The basket was configured with equal USD weights: 25% per asset at creation.
Component quantities are fixed by the basket’s issuance rules. Market prices move, so current USD weights drift. There is no automatic rebalancing in v1.
- Share token
- UPTOBER4626 · ERC-4626 · 18 decimals
- Vault fee
- 0% management, performance, and deposit fee
- Share value
- Determined by vault assets and share accounting. One USDC does not equal one share.
- Leaving the basket
- Redeem shares into the underlying basket; a conversion to USDC requires an additional route.
Deposit and withdraw are in the Golden basket tab. Gas, routing costs, and slippage still apply. Sending tokens directly to the vault is not a deposit and does not mint shares.
Bet the run.
Before graduation, buys move up the curve and sells move back down it. The quote unit is vault shares per UPTOBER, not a fixed dollar or ETH price.
- Buy: enter USDC, review the quote, and confirm in a compatible Base wallet. The zap sends UPTOBER to your wallet.
- Sell: return UPTOBER to the curve and receive vault shares. This does not automatically cash out to USDC.
- Near the finish: the curve fills only its remaining capacity. Unspent vault shares return to you. A partial fill can therefore leave both UPTOBER and shares in your wallet.
- Progress: net sellable tokens sold out of 744,000. Sells can reduce progress. The other 56,000 tokens in the curve allocation are reserved for graduation.
Fees, without the fine-print hunt.
- Curve buy through the zap
- 0.5% creator fee, paid in vault shares to the Safe. For a capped buy, the fee applies to the filled portion.
- UPTOBER transfers
- 0% token transfer tax. No further mint function.
- Graduated pool
- 1% static swap fee. The launch hook’s fees split equally between buyback/burn and the Safe.
- Network and routing
- Base gas and component swaps are additional costs. Review the quote’s minimum received before confirming.
Curve parameters and pricing
- Virtual starting quote
- 1.68 vault shares (1,680,000,000,000,000,000 share wei)
- Graduation threshold
- 22.32 real vault shares (22,320,000,000,000,000,000 share wei)
- Reserve floor
- 7% of the 800,000 curve allocation = 56,000 UPTOBER
The constant-product relationship is (virtual quote + real quote) × token inventory = k. The marginal price is quote reserve divided by token inventory. An actual buy or sell executes along the curve and includes rounding and slippage.
The 1.68 starting quote is virtual pricing liquidity, not deposited assets. The 22.32 threshold is denominated in vault shares, not ETH or USDC. Neither is a promise of redemption at a fixed price.
Bonding done. Pool next.
- The curve reaches its threshold.
Both curve buys and sells close once it is ready to graduate. Reaching 100% does not by itself mean a pool transaction has completed.
- The executor graduates the curve.
The guard checks readiness. The executor sweeps the remaining tokens and shares, initializes the new UPTOBER ↔ vault shares pool, seeds launch liquidity through GlueHook V3, and records the locked NFT.
- The frontend verifies the result.
It checks the stored PoolId, liquidity, locker ownership, and hook configuration. Then the first tab becomes Trade, with Buy on pool and liquidity links. Stale or incomplete readings keep those links closed.
Pool structure, pricing, and what is locked
The new pool uses Uniswap v4 with GlueHook V3, static fee 10000 (1%), tick spacing 200, and full-range ticks ±887200. The contract initializes the pool at a 1:1 token/share ratio. That is a pool initialization setting, not a NAV peg or a promise to preserve the last curve price.
Most launch liquidity is seeded in the hook program with its program owner set to the zero address. A separate, small PositionManager NFT slice is held permanently by the launch locker, which has no withdrawal function. Leftover assets forwarded to that locker stay there. This does not lock positions that other LPs independently create.
For hook-program fees, half of vault-share fees funds UPTOBER buybacks and half of UPTOBER fees is allocated to burning; the other half goes to the Safe. Tokens bought by the pot are allocated entirely to burning. This mechanism does not deposit fees into the basket or fund Merkl rewards.
Two reward tracks.
200,000 UPTOBER is reserved separately from the curve for Merkl campaigns after graduation.
For eligible UPTOBER4626 vault-share holders.
For eligible in-range LPs in the new graduated Uniswap v4 pool.
These are separate eligibility rules. Holding UPTOBER alone does not qualify for the vault-holder campaign. Allocations are total campaign budgets, not a reward per participant.
Planned window: October 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC through November 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Campaign creation, funding, token whitelisting, published proofs, and the announcement must be complete before claims open. The dates alone do not activate rewards.
When enabled, holders claim through Merkl’s published distributions; LP claims follow the pool campaign on Merkl. The app shows availability when campaigns are live. No guaranteed APY or fixed payout.

Know what you hold.
- Meme and market risk. UPTOBER can lose value independently of the basket. The 2026 bull-run thesis is a prediction.
- Basket and bridge risk. Asset prices can fall. Bridged HYPE and SOL, wrapped ETH, and Coinbase-wrapped BTC each add their own dependencies and custody or bridge risks.
- Contract and integration risk. The vault, issuance module, Enso routing, curve, Uniswap hook, and reward infrastructure form an experimental stack. Tests do not guarantee safety; no audit certification is claimed here.
- Liquidity and exit risk. Slippage, insufficient component liquidity, and price changes can prevent an exit at the quoted value. Curve selling ends at graduation. Pool LPs also face impermanent loss.
- Administration. The 2-of-3 Safe controls treasury and basket administration. The meme has no owner or further mint function; the vault has no admin. Curve and locker executor wiring is one-time. These limits do not remove the risks in external components.
